Your subscription renews automatically each month unless cancelled. No refunds will be issued for partial months, unused services, or early cancellations.
3. Cancellations: To cancel your subscription, you must email us directly at ted@fightingtigers.london. Cancellation requests must be made at least 5 business days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the following month.
4. Intellectual Property: All website content, including but not limited to design, layout, graphics, text, and code, is owned by Fighting Tigers or our licensors. You are not permitted to reproduce, reuse, or redistribute any content created by us for use outside of your contracted website unless explicitly agreed in writing. Fighting Tigers reserves the right to feature anonymised versions of your site in our portfolio or promotional materials.
5. Acceptable Use: You agree not to use our services for unlawful, harmful, or unethical purposes.We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service for breaches of these terms.
6. Service Modifications: Fighting Tigers reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any part of our service at any time, with or without notice.
7. Limitation of Liability: Fighting Tigers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our service.
8. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom, and any disputes will be subject to its exclusive jurisdiction.
